How it works
Tallies up to 8 recurring subscriptions — each with its own billing frequency — and converts everything to a monthly and annual total so you can see exactly what you spend on subscriptions per year.
Step by step
- 01Enter each subscription's charge amount and how often it bills (monthly, annual, quarterly, weekly, or semi-annual).
- 02The calculator converts every charge to its monthly equivalent (e.g. an annual $120 plan → $10/month).
- 03All monthly equivalents are summed to get the total monthly spend.
- 04Monthly total × 12 gives the annual figure; annual ÷ 365 gives the daily cost.
- 05Leave any unused slots at $0 — they are excluded from the totals.

Frequently asked questions
How do I enter an annual subscription?
Enter the full annual charge in the amount field and select 'Annual' from the billing dropdown. The calculator divides by 12 to find the monthly equivalent.
What if I have more than 8 subscriptions?
Group smaller ones together or add their costs manually into a single slot. Most households have 4–8 active recurring charges.
Does this support currencies other than USD?
The tool is currency-neutral — enter your amounts in any currency and the totals will be in that same currency. The $ prefix is just a placeholder.
How is the daily cost calculated?
Annual total ÷ 365. It is a quick way to reframe how much recurring charges cost per day of the year.
